Transferring Clusters & Servers to another account

You can transfer Clusters to another account you're a part of or to someone else.

Transferring to an account

Select one of the accounts you're in and click Transfer. This will immediately transfer the Cluster to the new account.

Transferring to another user

To transfer to another user, you will need to enter their email address. Hatchbox will send them an email where they can accept the transfer of this cluster to an account of their choosing.

You can also choose to transfer the hosting credentials to the new user or disconnect them. If you choose to disconnect, the new owner will need to add their own API credentials to the cluster to manage servers.
